Denise was also the first wine connoisseur to establish a Hong Kong government-recognized continuing education program in Wine appreciation, and have successfully expanded the horizons of both the winery market and the professionals in the industry.  

Over the years, she has partnered with Michelin-starred chefs from Hong Kong and Macau in creating tasting menus and training programs for reputable hotels, further promoting the spirit of wine and food paring.
