The Pour: Luminous pale gold with brilliant silver highlights.
The Nose: Intensely complex and tightly coiled. Opens with Coche’s signature smoky reduction, crushed limestone, and flint. Unfurls into white flowers, crisp green apple, and a hint of roasted hazelnut.
The Palate: Deeply concentrated yet completely weightless. A "broad-shouldered" structure driven by a piercing, electric line of saline acidity. Layers of white peach and citrus mesh with a rich, mineral-soaked texture.
The Finish: Practically endless. Leaves a haunting resonance of sea salt, praline, and liquid minerals on the palate for minutes after the last sip.
 
Aging Potential: It possesses immense, effortless aging potential. If opening a bottle soon, decanting for at least 30 to 60 minutes is highly recommended to let the aromatics unfurl.
