The nose has a good opening dominated by notes of whit fruit (pear,

apple) and floral notes. When swirled, notes of preserves appear - candied orange, apricot jam acommpanied by subtle smoky notes. On the palate, the attack is both fresh, soft and mineral. The evolution confirms a nice balance. The minerality brings tension and finesse embellished by very pure candied notes. The finish is long and distinguished.
