The Craft
Composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the chalky soils of the Aÿ Grand Cru, this wine is fermented in Argonne oak barrels. The house’s signature approach to oxygen and wood results in a Champagne of immense texture, structure, and longevity.
