Terroir: Sourced from high-altitude, clay-limestone soils on the steep upper slopes of the Montagne de Corton.
Aging: Fermented 100% in oak barrels (30% new French oak). Aged on its fine lees for 14 months in barrel, followed by 4 months of refinement in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.Serving & Cellaring
