Founded in 1920 and run by Mr. Aimé Salon, the Family House was integrated into the Laurent-Perrier group. Today the Maison Salon continues to share its ambitions and resources with the neighbouring Champagne House: the Maison Delamotte. The same plot of vineyards in Mesnil-sur-Oger and one common cellar master contribute to the great development of the House. Didier Depond, the manager, is accompanied by the skillful cellar master Michel Fauconnet. The house is standing out thanks to the creation of unique champagnes, from a single grape variety (Chardonnay), from a single vineyard and single great vintages.
