A Legacy Rooted in Burgundy

The history of Maison Garnier dates back to 1850, when the Garnier family acquired farm buildings and a 17th-century cellar in Auxey-Duresses, along with a selection of vineyards. It was during this time that the family laid the foundations of the estate and built the original winery, a testament to their early dedication to Burgundy’s winemaking tradition.

 

BOURGOGNE Chardonnay 2023
Tasting Notes A deep golden color with green reflections. Floral aromas of acacia blossom, honeysuckle, and fresh apricot. The palate is round and persistent, showcasing the elegance of Burgundian Chardonnay, with freshness, finesse, and balance. › Food & Wine Pairing Perfect with river fish, poached or steamed chicken in white sauce, shellfish, sautéed vegetables, charcuterie, goat cheese, and Comté.

SAINT-BRIS Embrasé 2023 – ORGANIC
Tasting Notes A bright robe with pale golden highlights. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, grapefruit, blood orange, and a hint of iodine. On the palate, it is lively, taut, and finely chiselled, with a beautiful mineral length. The finish is fresh, citrusy, and almost saline. › Food & Wine Pairing Ideal with oysters, sea bream ceviche, or sashimi. It also pairs beautifully with lightly spiced Asian cuisine or grilled fish.

AUXEY DURESSES VIEILLES VIGNES 2023
Tasting Notes A bright robe with pale golden highlights. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, tilleul, honeysuckle, floral notes, crisp citrus, white stone fruits, and a firm mineral structure. › Food & Wine Pairing Seared scallops with lemon butter, Grilled turbot or sole with a touch of olive oil and herbs, Roast chicken, Thai green curry with shrimp, Japanese grilled eel, asparagus risotto or spring vegetable risotto.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023
Tasting Notes A deep garnet color with purple reflections, brilliant and intense. Aromas of blackcurrant bud, sour cherries, blackberries, wild mulberries, and red berries. The palate is full and elegant, with good liveliness, persistent and generous, featuring well-ripened tannins, freshness, and all the finesse of Pinot Noir. › Food & Wine Pairing Pairs well with grilled poultry, white and red meats, roasted duck with cabbage, coq au vin, beef cuts, and cheeses.

AUXEY DURESSES CUVEE D'ANTAN 2023
Tasting Notes Bright ruby-red with youthful reflections. The nose opens with aromas of sour cherry, bramble, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is silky yet structured, carrying delicate notes of both red and black fruits. The finish is long, fresh, and precise. › Food & Wine Pairing Roast duck breast with red berry glaze, grilled lamb chops with rosemary, wild mushroom risotto or porcini fricassee, Peking duck, Japanese yakitori, dim sum with mushroom dumplings or BBQ pork bun.

Tasting Notes Deep ruby-red with bright reflections. The nose reveals aromas of bramble, blackcurrant, and blackberry. On the palate, it is well- structured, bursting with fruit, and supported by supple, integrated tannins. The finish is long, fresh, and precise. › Food & Wine Pairing Grilled Lamb Shoulder with Rosemary, grilled Prime Rib with pepper with rosemary, Peking duck, Japanese yakitori.
