Smoky & Sweet: It features beautiful notes of toasted wood, smoke, and sweet vanilla from the bourbon casks, blending perfectly with the tartness of the plums.
Silky & Intense: The triple-distilled nature of Irish whiskey makes the mouthfeel incredibly smooth despite the heavy 29% ABV. It leaves a long, warming, slightly sweet whiskey finish.
The "47-Day" Dual Plum MethodJust like the Classic, it uses Tin Shing's signature "Dual Plum" method but with a twist: Fresh Nanko plums steep in the Irish whiskey for 360 days. The old plums are removed, and the liquid ages alone for 47 days. A second batch of fresh plums from the next harvest is added to finish it off.
3 Ways to Serve
On a Large Ice Sphere: Pour it over a single large ice ball. As it melts, the whiskey's vanilla and oak notes slowly unfold against the tart plum.
Whiskey Highball: Mix 1 part WHOA with 2 parts strong sparkling water over ice. This cuts the heavy alcohol while keeping the smoky, fruity aroma alive.
Neat (Nightcap): Pour a small splash into a whiskey tumbler at room temperature. Sip it slowly after a meal to enjoy the warming, sherry-cask finish.
