Ms. Denise Lam was the first Wine Expert in Hong Kong to obtain the D.U.A.D tasting diploma from the University Bordeaux Segalen and a Wine MBA from INSEEC Bordeaux.

 

Since her return to the market in Hong Kong in 2011, she has been working actively as a Wine Consultant and trader, serving clients who seek expertise in wine investment and operating as the sole agent for various wineries overseas. Over the years, she has partnered with Michelin-starred chefs from Hong Kong and Macau in creating tasting menus and training programs for reputable hotels, further promoting the spirit of wine and food paring.

 

Denise was also the first wine connoisseur to establish a Hong Kong government-recognized continuing education program in Wine appreciation, and have successfully expanded the horizons of both the winery market and the professionals in the industry.           

 

With Hong Kong as the starting-point and advancement in the Macau and Taiwan market in mind, wine consultancy and market analysis has continued to be the focus of Ms. Lam’s work. More than 600 wine products have been published in her magazine column and circulating not only in Hong Kong, but also in different media overseas, which further affirms her professional status in the wine industry.
